THERAPY SERVICES

Support shaped around what you are carrying

Each service starts with a conversation about what you want, how you like to work and what pace feels right. Your clinician sets the pace, and there is no set number of sessions.

Individual therapy

Private, one-to-one sessions for adults. We talk through what is on your mind, notice the patterns in it and decide together what to look at next.

  • Open conversation

  • You set the pace

Work, writing and study

For a stalled project, a long thesis or a career that no longer fits. We look at the habits and pressures around the work rather than the work itself.

  • Writers and academics

  • Habits around the work

Worry and stress

A place to talk through the worry and tension that follow you from desk to bed, and what keeps them going.

  • Talking it through

  • Noticing what repeats

Life transitions

Moves, endings, new roles and big decisions. Therapy gives you time to look at what you want before you choose.

  • Values and direction

  • Identity and relationships

How it starts

Getting started is simple.

  • 01

    Get in touch

Send a note through the contact form. I reply on weekdays and we find a time that suits you.

  • 02

    Your first session

A 50-minute conversation about what you want and how you like to work.

    What to expect
  • 03

    Sessions after that

Weekly or every other week, at a pace you choose. We check in often on whether it is helping. Fees are explained in writing first.

Ready to see things from a new perspective?

Write to me and tell me how to reach you. I reply on weekdays.
